Simon Caron-Huot receives the Gribov Medal

This year's recipient of the Gribov Medal is NBIA Visiting Professor Simon Caron-Huot. The Gribov Medal is awarded annually by the European Physical Society to a scientist of less than 35 years of age for outstanding work in Theoretical Particle Physics and/or Quantum Field Theory. Simon Caron-Huot receives this prestigious award for his groundbreaking contributions to the understanding of the analytic structure of scattering amplitudes and their relation to Wilson loops. Simon Caron-Huot was NBIA Assistant Professor from 2012-16, joining the faculty of McGill University in Montreal last year.
