Andreas completed his Master's degree at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2017, under the supervision of Prof. Jens O. Andersen and Prof. Tomas Brauner (UiS). The title of the thesis was "Dimensional reduction of the Two-Higgs Doublet Model with a softly broken Z_2 symmetry at one-loop".

Shortly after finishing his Master' degree, Andreas moved to Copenhagen to start his PhD project at the Niels Bohr International Academy under the supervision of Prof. N. Emil J. Bjerrum-Bohr and Prof. Michael Trott. The title of the PhD project is "Scattering Amplitudes and the Standard Model Effective Field Theory". The project investigates the intersection of the fields of modern methods for scattering amplitudes and effective field theories.
