Clément Bonnerot joined the NBIA as a Marie Curie fellow in 2021. He obtained his PhD in Astrophysics from Leiden Observatory in 2017 and then worked as a post-doctoral researcher in the TAPIR group of the California Institute of Technology.
His research concerns the theoretical aspect of tidal disruption events as well as other transient and high-energy phenomena. He especially focuses on the study of the magneto-hydrodynamics and radiative properties of these systems by means of analytical and numerical techniques.
