Valeriia completed her biomedical engineering degree at Lund University and gained research experience as a part of Vinay Swaminathan's group, Laboratory of Cell and Molecular Mechanobiology, at Lund University. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD under Amin Doostmohammadi at the Active Intelligent Matter Research Group. Her focus is on experimental investigations of the underlying physics of collective mechanotransduction in epithelial cells.
