Connie Hedegaard
Born 1960. Master of Arts (history and literature) University of Copenhagen. Married. 2 sons. Living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
1984-1990: Member of the Danish Parliament for the Conservative People's Party. Decided to leave politics and become a Journalist first at Danish newspaper Berlingske Tidende.
1994-1998: Head of National Radio News, DR.
1998-2004: Anchor late night news TV programme, Deadline.
From 2004: Danish Minister of Environment and later Minister of Energy and Climate up to COP 15 in Copenhagen.
2010-2014: EU Commissioner for Climate Action.
Since 2015: Chair of the newly established KR Foundation and of OECD's Round Table for Sustainability, member of the Board of University of Aarhus plus various other Danish and international boards.

Per Magid
Born 1943 in Copenhagen. A graduate in law from Copenhagen University in 1967, he was authorized to appear before the Supreme Court of Denmark since 1979. Currently Partner of the Danish law firm Bruun & Hjejle, he is an expert on international and national arbitration and international law. Has served as lawyer at the International Court in the Haag on territorial disputes between Denmark and Norway Greenland and Jan Mayen as well as in the case of Finland against Denmark regarding the passage through the Great Belt of Denmark. He has worked at the law firm of White & Case in New York and is member of numerous boards and prize committees in Denmark.
Bjørn Nørgaard
Born 1947 in Copenhagen. A Danish artist active in a variety of fields. He has significantly influenced the art scene in Denmark both through his "happenings" and his sculptures in Danish cities. Although he has focussed on sculpture since 1970, his greatest achievement is perhaps his work in designing Queen Margrethe II's tapestries. Bjørn Nørgaard was a professor at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts from 1985 to 1994. His main workshop is in the town of Bissinge on the island of Møn in Denmark. His major works include: Gladsaxe Library, Human Wall, Thor's Tower, Margrethe II's Tapestries, City Gate Randers, Hans Tausen statue, Burghers of Holsterbro monument, Bispebjerg Bakke apartment complex.
Lars Kann Rasmussen
Lars E. Kann-Rasmussen, born in 1939
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Danmarks Ingeniør Akademi in 1962 and did his military service 1962-64 with the rank of lieutenant (reserve). He is married to Lene, and they have 3 grown up children.
Since 1964: Joined VELUX in France in 1964. He was transferred to Germany and later to Denmark, holding a series of management positions. He was elected Executive Vice President of the VELUX Group in 1976 and has served as Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to 1992.
1992-2010: Chairman of the board of directors in VKR Holding A/S and in a number of companies in the Group, i.e. VELUX A/S
2005-2014: Chairman of the philanthropic VILLUM FOUNDATION For a number of years he was Board Member of the A.P. Møller Group and the LEGO Group.
2000: Received the “Tietgen Medaljen”. He is Commander of the Order of Dannebrog.
Michael Rasmussen
Michael Kragh Rasmussen born in Lindholm, 1964. Diploma in Marketing Management (Copenhagen business School, 1988) and a number of postgraduate programmes a.o. from London Business School and IMD, Lausanne. He is married to Henriette, and together they have four children Anna (18), Jacob (16), Rosa (12) and Clara (9).
1984-1986: Started career as a trainee in The East Asiatic Company A/S
1986-1992: Positions in a Danish ad agency
From 1992: Joined VELUX A/S holding various positions within brand mgmt., marketing and communications
2004-2014: Board positions in Junckers Industrier
Since 2006: Member of the VELUX Management Group, globally responsible for the VELUX brand, global marketing, commuications and public affairs.
2012: Board position in Institut for Fremtidsforskning
From 2014: Board member of the Danish Design Center and a number of companies in the VELUX Group, a.o. VELUX Danmark, VELUX Deutschland, VELUX Rossia
