Matthias Wilhelm received his PhD from Humboldt University Berlin before joining the Niels Bohr Institute in October 2015.
Matthias' research interests lie within the field of quantum field theory and high-energy theory, with a focus on gauge theories, the gauge-gravity duality and exact methods. He works on the number theory behind scattering amplitudes, on form factors and on thermodynamic properties as well as on the effects of introducing defects in these theories.
