Neda was a postdoc in the Computational Material Group at Southern Denmark University. Her research focused on finding new functional materials, specifically multiferroic and half-metallic double perovskites, for photovoltaics and spintronics through density functional theory calculations. Now, as a postdoc at NBIA, she is exploring biomaterials and biological processes using multiscale computer simulation techniques. Currently Neda is focusing on the design of a nanoscale force sensor to measure interactions between membrane proteins.
